After 35 years of practice, our team at NM Divorce & Custody Law, LLC bade farewell to Mary Ann Burmester, and wished her a very happy and fulfilling retirement. For many reasons, no one deserves it more than her. Mary Ann was a leader of the family law community in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico. She will be missed. I have reflected on her accomplishments and the impact they made with admiration – many of which went unnoticed or were never appreciated. As the the new owner and manager of the firm, I hope to set the same example that Mary Ann set when she was actively practicing. To that end, I look forward to the firm bringing about many successes for our clients, and superior representation for all that are in need of assistance.
